On Saturday, December 2, 2017, TheYeti was honored to attend the Alice Cooper'sTown Farewell Festival, hosted by, Independent Events, Guitar Center, Lyft, Bravo, & The Pressroom. The event ran from 12 noon to 2 a.m. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to sit down and interview Jeff Senour & CTS. Even with some technical difficulties, it was an amazing experience. I also had the opportunity to meet Michael Bruce, and the band, Jane 'N The Jungle. I learned a great deal about the local music of the Phoenix area and the great community that it is. I am looking very forward to being able to cover many more events. After having a dry run the next night, after the first of the year, I will be launching into 2018 with, THE PHOENIX MUSIC SCENE. It will start out as a segment in my weekly show, THE YETI'S ROCK BLOCK, on the, Hit Radio The WURX. The larger the segment grows, it will consume the entire show, promoting local Phoenix music.
